<li>We offered a more effective way of making procurement for different categories (auctions, competitive biddings, requests for quotation) based on the economic analysis.</li>
<li>We offered ways to optimise procurement from marketing boards systems to data analysis.</li>

Private company procurement

<h1>What were the tasks?</h1>
<p>The full scope of support for the NFT project &mdash; from idea to sales launch on the marketplace.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<ol>
<li>We analysed the NFT market and determined the target audience, considering the types of NFTs we sell and the market's geography.</li>
<li>We selected a marketplace for the NFT drop.</li>
<li>We developed tokenomics of the drop:
<ul>
<li>determined the number of the NFTs in the drop;</li>
<li>defined the exclusivity terms;</li>
<li>set the terms for intellectual property transfer.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>We outlined the sales model based on economic analysis (e.g. auctions or fixed-price sales).</li>
<li>We drafted the legal frame of the project (contracts with artists, curators and galleries, crypto exchanges, and banks).</li>
<li>We carried out full tech support: digitisation, tokenisation, crypto wallet registration, and minting.</li>

<p>The client sold 40 of 58 NFT works for 109 ETH within two weeks.</p>

NFT project

<h1>What was the task?</h1>
<p>To establish the grounds for termination of criminal proceedings against a company&rsquo;s shareholder and director accused of embezzlement of approx. &euro;5,7 million and money laundering by means of cryptocurrency.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<ol>
<li>Relying on the different burdens of proof in criminal and administrative proceedings, we proved the lack of evidence to state the embezzlement charges.</li>
<li>We proved that the absence of tax payments resulted from extreme necessity and that the director's actions to conceal the funds were not criminal.</li>
<li>We further challenged the criminal nature of the funds' origin and their laundering by means of cryptocurrency.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The criminal case was dismissed, lacking corpus delicti.</p>

Criminal defence

<h1>Mission</h1>
<p>To develop an integrated legal and financial framework for an IT platform utilising a private blockchain, facilitating cross-border cryptocurrency transactions, and the issuance of a unique digital asset designed for B2B engagements with business partners within the platform. &nbsp;</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<p>We conducted a jurisdictional analysis of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Serbia, Bahrain, UAE, South Africa, Laos, and other jurisdictions. We developed a legal and financial model for the project and prepared a legal memo on registering companies in selected jurisdictions, issuing digital assets, and obtaining licences for operating a crypto business. &nbsp;</p>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The client received the necessary information to create and launch a digital platform in the selected jurisdictions.</p>

Blockchain Framework for IT Platform

<h1>Mission</h1>
<p>To create an NFT marketplace and develop legal documentation on the distribution of intellectual rights between marketplace participants: galleries, artists, and agents.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<ol>
<li>We have identified the digital art market's basic needs for using NFT works.</li>
<li>We created packages of intellectual property rights offered to NFT purchasers to choose from.</li>
<li>We have prepared a complete legal tie-in for the transfer of intellectual property rights in a work from NFT sellers to NFT buyers.</li>
</ol>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The marketplace is up and running, and the first NFTs have been sold. The jurisdictions are Hong Kong, UAE and the UK.</p>

NFT Marketplace

<h1>Mission</h1>
<p>To develop a mechanism for selling real estate through the NFT.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<p>We have developed a system for selling real estate using NFTs proposed adding a DAO tool to the project, calculated the tokenomics of the DAO determined the cost of NFTs, selected the jurisdiction to implement the project, and conducted the Howey Test.</p>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The real estate is registered in the UAE, and the DAO LLC is registered in the USA.</p>

Real Estate DAO LLC & NFT Sales

<h1>Mission</h1>
<p>To implement the first DeFi-like loan in traditional banking with blockchain tokens as collateral.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<p>We have developed a technical and legal &ldquo;token collateral&rdquo; model with the client.</p>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The tokens were deposited with a notary and automatically returned to the pledger after the loan was repaid. The transaction passed the verification of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.</p>

Blockchain-Secured Banking Transactions

<p>To create a crypto exchange for cryptocurrencies with the ability to withdraw funds into fiat currencies.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<p>We provided full legal support for the creation of a crypto exchange, including the process of obtaining the necessary licenses.</p>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>The project received a broker license, a financial intermediary license (money transfer license), and a license for electronic payments and payments in digital currencies and cryptocurrency (electronic money license) in Europe.&nbsp;</p>

Crypto Exchange Launch

<p>To release the State Hermitage Museum's first-ever token collection.</p>
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<p>We have completed the project involving the distribution of intellectual property rights between the State Hermitage Museum, the Museum&rsquo;s sales agent, the NFT Platform, and NFT buyers. We ensured the project's legal and financial transparency and successfully auctioned off five digital works. &nbsp;</p>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<p>We have created and released the first-ever collection of NFT tokens featuring works from the State Hermitage Museum. The museum was able to earn approximately $440,000 from the sale of five NFT works.</p>
