<li>users can choose which ecosystem partners to disclose their data to and from which ecosystem partners to receive exclusive offers.</li>

<li>Transparent criteria development for accepting new entrants to the market.</li>

<li>We investigated the actual and potential barriers to market entrance (start-up costs, economies of scale, brand loyalty).</li>
<li>We identified market participants' economic indicators of differentiation.</li>
<li>We classified the behavioural strategies companies use to enter the market.</li>
<li>We suggested mechanisms for protecting national taxi aggregators.</li>
<li>We proposed measures to protect national markets, compliable with the EU protection policy against dumped and subsidised imports.</li>
<li>We developed a map of restrictions applicable to foreign investors in digital markets.</li>
<li>We developed clear and fair discount and bonus policies.</li>

Taxi aggregator

<li>Lower the private company transaction costs for settling a contract.</li>
<li>Implement more transparent mechanics for choosing counterparties.</li>

<ol>
<li>We studied every detail of the company's business processes, the procedures of settling, and the execution of contracts.</li>
<li>We divided all procurement of the company into different categories.</li>
<li>We offered a more effective way of making procurement for different categories (auctions, competitive biddings, requests for quotation) based on the economic analysis.</li>
<li>We offered ways to optimise procurement from marketing boards systems to data analysis.</li>
</ol>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
<ol>
<li>Our client reduced the number of internal procurement boards from 17 to 2.</li>
<li>We developed detailed procurement guidelines and a clear road map for internal usage.</li>
<li>We developed a detailed guideline for market members who want to participate in public purchases and become the company&rsquo;s counterparty.</li>
<li>The shareholders got new standards for evaluating the efficiency of the management.</li>

Private company procurement

<h1>What were the tasks?</h1>
The full scope of support for the NFT project &mdash; from idea to sales launch on the marketplace.
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<ol>
<li>We analysed the NFT market and determined the target audience, considering the types of NFTs we sell and the market's geography.</li>
<li>We selected a marketplace for the NFT drop.</li>
<li>We developed tokenomics of the drop:
<ul>
<li>determined the number of the NFTs in the drop;</li>
<li>defined the exclusivity terms;</li>
<li>set the terms for intellectual property transfer.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>We outlined the sales model based on economic analysis (e.g. auctions or fixed-price sales).</li>
<li>We drafted the legal frame of the project (contracts with artists, curators and galleries, crypto exchanges, and banks).</li>
<li>We carried out full tech support: digitisation, tokenisation, crypto wallet registration, and minting.</li>
</ol>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
The client sold 40 of 58 NFT works for 109 ETH within two weeks.

NFT project

<h1>What was the task?</h1>
To establish the grounds for termination of criminal proceedings against a company&rsquo;s shareholder and director accused of embezzlement of approx. &euro;5,7 million and money laundering by means of cryptocurrency.
<h1>What have we achieved?</h1>
<ol>
<li>Relying on the different burdens of proof in criminal and administrative proceedings, we proved the lack of evidence to state the embezzlement charges.</li>
<li>We proved that the absence of tax payments resulted from extreme necessity and that the director's actions to conceal the funds were not criminal.</li>
<li>We further challenged the criminal nature of the funds' origin and their laundering by means of cryptocurrency.&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<h1>The results for our client</h1>
The criminal case was dismissed, lacking corpus delicti.
